There is no locking feature, racks are not sturdy, does not completely dry dishes after wash. Improperly installed so it interferes with side of cabinet when closing dish washer door

This came as part of a new built. Washes amazing! The drying though, doesn't actually dry everything even on high. You have to open the machine and let things air dry for dishes and machine to be dry completely. Otherwise it stays wet and smells.

Since the very first use, my dishwasher has been a consistent disappointment and reminder that low price = low quality. Not only does it not clean dishes that have been already rinsed, its heated dry function is nonexistent. I had purchased an appliance warranty from Frigidair when I purchased the machine, but I've been trying to contact them for weeks with no answer. They keep directing me to some local appliance repair company that never picks up the phone or return calls. Next time will just pay extra and get a better brand that actually cleans and dries dishes like a normal dishwasher is supposed to, not just make them wet.

I love the fact that they top rack also has the water under it to clean the dishes on the top rack. I'm so thankful that we bought this product. We will be making another purchase soon. We will be buying a frigidaire refrigerator.

This is NOT quiet as it states in all ads I’ve seen the silver holder is awkward and not very good if doing more than a few dishes at a time
