I bought this product just over a year ago. The soap dispenser stopped working properly. The soap was not evenly dispensed & left a slimy residue on the dishes, even after trying multiple brands of soaps ranging from liquids to pods. The machine itself was very loud and took hours to run a cycle. Ended up throwing it out & going with another brand.

This dishwasher was selected by the builder and installed in our new construction home. It is used 2-3 times a day and has worked perfectly every time.

I bought this based on the brand name. I am very disappointed in the racks. the top rack "sticks" coming half way out, both racks seem to be made of very flimsy material, and the "arrangement" on the bottom reck is very poor.

This dishwasher is much quieter than I expected; much, much quieter than the one it replaced. It also does an outstanding job washing our dishes; no need to rinse them off first.
