This appliance was part of the package after our new construction house was built. It gets the job done, but not all dishes are completely dry after running it a cycle. Sometimes the bottom drawer runs off the track as well when pulled.

Cleans well enough but simply does not dry. It cannot dry as it does not have a vent for steam to exit the machine. Had it serviced and the tech said it is a design defect meaning it is non-repairable but also does not constitute a replaceable event from the manufacturer. The service team gave me the the standard response that they will repair 3 times (again, it can't be repaired) or replace with the same machine (which does not work). Save yourself a headache and buy something else.

Does a good job cleaning and the normal cycle doesn’t take too long to complete. Unit is a little smaller inside than our last DW, and a little noisier.

Dishwasher was advertised as quieter than others but is still loud, especially as cycles change. Sounds sometimes like parts are loose but all seems intact

This is the dishwasher that came with our new home. Overall it works well and runs pretty quietly. The only thing that I don’t like are how the touch buttons work on the front. It can be hard to select the right settings and it can take several tries to get the cycle started.

This model is listed as a unit with drying capability. This could not be further from the truth. Your dishes will never dry as there is no vent to dissipate the steam and the tub of the dishwasher will remain wet at all times leading to residue build-up. We had it serviced the required 3 times before we could start the return/warranty process and were told this is a know issue and a common cause of service calls.Simply put, Frigidaire knows this dishwasher will not dry and continues to market it as a heated dry capable unit. If you have the opportunity, buy something else.

I was not involved in selection of my dishwasher, it was new in a home we purchased. We are not pleased with the racks. Plates want to tip, top rack is just plain hard to load. Have not encountered these problems with other dishwashers we have used.

Only had this for a couple of days. It replaced a still working, but super loud 20 yr old Whirlpool dishwasher. It isn't whisper quiet, however it is noticeably quieter than the prior machine. Does a good job cleaning and drying. A huge improvement from the old dishwasher. Having a functional rinse agent dispenser helps improve washing and drying. Buttons are not difficult to press. They are responsive and thankfully, will not budge if you bump into the control panel. I dinged it one star because of the condensation that is present post wash. It's not unusual on machines I've used, however with no external vent that I can see from the front or inside the machine, there's more condensation than I'd like to see. I guess just leaving the dry cycle uninterrupted does help. I checked the dishwasher in the morning and it was minimal._x000D_ _x000D_ Still an overall good dishwasher. It does the job apart from that one observation. Had I known about the venting, I would have gotten a different model from Kitchenaid.

Bought this dishwasher in December and have been extremely happy with the performance so far. It’s not overly loud but it’s not really quiet either. But who truly cares, it beats hand washing. It gets the dishes sparkly clean and doesn’t turn my hands into prunes.
