Purchased brand new from Lowes retail location on 11/17/2019. The appliance was part of a rebate, pre-Thanksgiving sale. Lowes delivered the product, in shipping box, on 11/20/19. The home was undergoing a renovation (rental property), so the dishwasher wasn't installed for operation until August of 2020. Due to Covid-19, tenants could not move in until January of 2021. New tenants loaded the dishwasher only to report that it mechanically malfunctioned. Phoned 888-696-3744 (Frigidaire Service help), as instructed on the cover face of the appliance. Frigidaire's automated phone service said, and I quote, "You cannot reach us at this time. Please try your call at another time." So, $449 dollars down the crapper hold, the product isn't under product-warranty any longer, Lowes are no help, and the tenant doesn't have a working dishwasher, though the unit is brand new. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK PRODUCT FROM THIS JUNK MANUFACTURER!

We bought this about a month ago, and it has worked like a dream! Our old dishwasher was a Frigidaire and we stuck to the brand.

We purchased a new home and the builder selected our appliances. This dishwasher is not very flexible for various types of dishes. We are a family of 2 and basically run it every day. In the past it would take 3 days or more to fill our dishwasher. It’s loud and the pull outs are kind of cheap and flimsy. It’s brand new and we’ll be replacing it soon.

I bought this product end of November and it began leaking due to a failed connector hose. This was a little piece of rubber that connects the motor pump assembly to the section that runs up along the back of the dishwasher to the top spinner doodad. The hose split along the manufactured seam. Big hot mess of water. Huge bummer. You have to call an approved appliance shop to deal with remedying the situation. I couldn't just buy the 2" section of hose and replace, I had to buy the whole assembly. This part cost almost a quarter what I paid for the whole dishwasher, and paired with the wait times, I obviously couldn't bring myself to go through with that option. I needed a working dishwasher, so I replaced with spare heater hose instead. Way more durable than what was there before. _x000D_ _x000D_ Spirits are up, although the wood floors in the kitchen are cupped, insulation soaked, drywall/paint ceiling below has to be redone, and basement carpet soaked. Somehow managed to miss the electrical for the dryer, thankfully. Heaps of fun. _x000D_ _x000D_ You too can pay to have your brand new dishwasher wreak a little havoc in your life. Get yours today. If you're into that sort of thing. _x000D_ _x000D_ I mean, who doesn't like a surprise. Golly!

It works pretty well, it leaves dishes a little more wet than my previous Frigidaire dishwasher.

This dishwasher came with my house I bought. I would not say its anything above and beyond but yet it gets the job done. Might I add it has never been used before the purchase of the home.I wish the heated dry would actually get my dishes dry and I also wish I could fit taller cups on the top rack, other then that it runs great. Other then that I have yet to have any mechanical issues with this appliance within the 6 months I have owned it.
