Purchased in early Jan, first one did not work, the door did not latch properly. Technician came and blamed it on the installation, said that because the installer had left too large a "gap" between top of dishwasher and counter, it had warped on top and kept the door from properly latching. But when the first machine was de-installed, it was clear that the brackets that get screwed into the counter are attached to a metal frame and had not "warped" anything; the first machine just did not work. Replacement machine works fine. If you have an issue with the machine turning on, filling with water, and then the light blinks, you probably have the same issue. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a repair for this, so the whole machine goes to the landfill??? That's upsetting, and why I give this machine 2 stars. An issue like this - which appears to be not uncommon from some of the other reviews, should be repairable.

Had it for about a month it’s clean my dishes and glass very good with no water spots on the glass. And it is very quiet

It is better than our apartment dishwasher but it leaves everything wet even when selecting heat dry. Other than that no real complaints.

It meets all my needs. It was not installed correctly by the builder and leaked at the beginning, but god after-sale service was provided and fix the problem.

this dishwasher was part of the builders appliance package. It is not the best one if I had a choice I would have picked a better upgraded one. I had a new Frigidaire dishwasher at my previous house and I loved it. This one is very basic and not easy to use the controls on front panel or change settings. So I leave it as it is set and just press on button.
