I have never before seen a dishwasher with a cutlery basket that is shorter than the length of the bottom rack. That’s a big drawback to this dishwasher._x000D_ Also … the dishes smell of detergent after being washed. There is no way to do a single rinse cycle, so sometimes I do a second full cycle without detergent which is a waste of water and energy.

It’s been a few years since I have had a dishwasher. With our new kitchen I wanted appliances that were reliable, so all my new appliances are Frigidaire. _x000D_ The dishwasher is perfect & it’s great having clean & sparkling dishes again.

We bought this just over a month ago and not happy with the product compared with the old one we had. The top rack doesn’t have room for larger items and you can’t move it down, the dishwasher doesn’t seem to dry properly and there’s left over detergent residue on the dishes after it finishes. A number of times I went to drink out of a glass or my yeti with a lid and all I can taste is dishwasher detergent.

Works very well but the top rack is too high. We cannot put wine glasses.

Bought the dishwasher a few weeks ago, so far so good. My old one was a similar model and lasted 15 years. Easy to install and came with good directions.

This unit took us 2 days to install due to no water running into the machine. When I called customer service they actually started to quote the user manual. This wasn't helpful on any amount... I have all frigidaire appliances and have never had an issue with them, but this ordeal has turn me away from this brand after 25 years of loyal purchase. I would recommend to all who are looking at this to look somewhere else, with bad hookups and poor customer help after purchase.. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
