The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't completely dry, so it smells inside.

It heats up but doesn't dry. Our old 15 year old dish washer worked better.

This thing holds water for an eternity, literally! I don’t use the dishwasher to clean dishes I use it to dry my hand washed dishes. To my surprise days later the dishes were still wet as if I had just put them in there and some had mold growing. It could be due to the dark interior. Even the dry setting doesn’t dry the thing out.

I received a brand new dishwasher with other Frigidaire's appliances when I purchased my new home. I noticed after the first wash that my dishes were dirtier after running a cycle. After doing this several more times, I had my home insurance agent, the seller, and eventually a Frigidaire agent come out to see what the issue was. The Frigidaire agent said that I could only use Cascade pods or it would not work optimally. And if I wanted a better result overall that I should just buy a more expensive model. This is my first experience with Frigidaire products, and most likely will be my last.

This machine was installed in our new home 18 months ago and has been nothing but trouble. We had it repaired last Friday, after a 2 week wait for warranty service, and it worked for less than a day before having the same issues as before. We have also had problems with our clothes washing machine, side by side refrigerator and built in micro wave oven. I will never buy another Frigidaire or Electrolux appliance again.

I like this device but I wish the top tray had more room. I can't put large glasses or dishes on the top tray which means more cycles or washing.
