The first time we used this dishwasher it leaked all over our kitchen floor. My husband discovered a crack in the seam between the body of the tub and the top. I tried in vain to attach a video of this. We purchased this machine in FL and had it shipped to the U.S. Virgin Islands where we live. The big box stores do not carry dishwashers on St. Thomas. It arrived with all of the packaging in good shape, apparently undamaged. When I called the store where I purchased it, I was referred to Frigidaire Warranty Services. When I finally reached someone there, I was told they didn't handle cases in the USVI, and referred me to the Caribbean Service Division. The Caribbean Division told me they handled the Caribbean, not the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please help before I continue this rant on Facebook.

i bought this dishwasher from lowes. it came with out an included part , called fridgidaire right away. the y said they would supply part. ok no problem. it is 10 days since i called in and still have not received part. the person sending out the part said it would be two days.

This was on sale for $298 at the end of the year and was a great deal. Does the job and looks clean. Not fancy but but great value.

We received this dishwasher from the home builder as part of their appliance package. The dishwasher is very spacious and seems to run a cycle pretty quickly. The only thing I don't like is that it is a bit loud when running.

We got our dishwasher as part of our new home purchase. So far, it has worked really well for my wife and I. It fits a lot of items and cleans really well. We love the different options for how to wash the dishes. Even though our home is open-concept, the dishwasher is still relatively quiet. It is not silent by any means, but much better than our prior models. The dishes come out clean, and sometimes still wet, even with the heat dry setting on. But overall, it is a good piece to have!
