I bought this 8 months ago and everything was fine until 3 months ago. Due to area lockdowns, I still washing dishes by hand. Plenty of room on the dishwashers shelves to air dry my dishes.

I received this brand new unit a little over a month ago. Right away I noticed that it had a bad smell - kind of like new plastic + rubber. I contacted my local repair shop and had someone come to check it out. The best they could do was tell me everything was OK (no signs of burnt plastic, all my connections to the washer were clean) and that I should use Lemishine and the smell will go away on its own. A month later I can tell you the smell has not gone away. The smell stays on the dishes I wash so that I have to clean them in my sink afterwards to get rid of it DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The dishwasher is quiet when it runs. It also has ample space in the shelving for large items. It does not have a separate holder for knives. It does a good job getting the dishes clean even with taking a long time to run a cycle. The front door is more plastic than metal but does fit tight.

Great dishwasher but had to call service tech out (Next day, no cost) To get it to work after installation. Failure was a known problem with a motor not turning because of too much grease. Very satisfied with the dishwasher and the service, but it should work out of the box.
