Racks don't glide and are hard to move in and out. Not much room for utensils. seems to clean good, though.

Purchased from a local apploican store with quick deliver and removal of old unit. We found we needed a reduction piece for connection which I was able to find locally and installation was clear cut and glad we did it ourselves (with son in law's help). Energy star rating a plus with less electric consumption and less water to complete a cycle. Good ratings on a more basic unit with less to go wrong. Dishes come out dry and water was completely drained.

I love my new dishwasher. Dishes come out clean even if not pre rinsed. The one issue I have is the top rack is not easy to load. I have a number of over sized coffee mugs and they are hard to fit. Also things in the center of the top rack occasionaly fall out

First time run the heat dry function was chosen to be off and plastics I normally dishwasher melted. Subsequently the light on the heat select quit functioning. After numerous attempts to get repair from store where purchased and to make contact with frigidaire service, I still have a dishwasher that doesn't work properly.

Top rack is flimsy when filled and pulled out. Should be sturdier. Front door will not stay down unless bottom rack is completely pulled out. Always wants to raise which is annoying when just putting something in the top rack. It does run very quietly.
