4 Good Basic Model, No Convection

In general, we are happy with the performance of this oven, though we wish we had chosen a different model. This model is "even baking technology", which is NO convection. Totally our fault; we had too many tabs open and got confused when we finally hit 'purchase.' I thought "even baking" was akin to convection... it is not. Don't make our mistake! _x000D_ _x000D_ In general, the interior seems to bake evenly, though trickier with two or more racks of food. Our thermometer indicates it runs a little hotter than the controls on the oven will tell you, so that's taken some getting used to. _x000D_ _x000D_ It heats up to 350 in about 12 minutes, which is longer than our previous oven but not an unreasonable timeframe. _x000D_ _x000D_ So far we are pleased with the purchase and are learning to cook without convection settings.
