We purchased this a few weeks ago before beginning our kitchen renovations. We are still learning how to use it but we really like the induction cook top. We did find a glitch in the LED numbers for one of the burners but will have that module replaced by the repairman you contacted in a few weeks. We are still learning the various settings for the oven. We do find the fan is quite loud on the broil setting. We chose this model as it was highly rated by Consumer Reports so we hope it lives up to expectations over the long run.

Cook top is great… it took little time to adapt to induction cooking. The oven has all the features one comes to expect. My issue is with the timer alert. Despite having the volume set at 100% I am unable to hear it due to its pitch/frequency.

I'm happy with the look and how fast it heats up compared to my old glass top stove. I'm roasting chicken for the first time in the new oven and I am hopeful that I won't be disappointed. My only concern at this point is I find the touch buttons for the stove can be temperamental and the oven did not come with the air fry rack which at a 2K price point it should.

Bought this oven for all its great features and it’s wonderful so far. It boils a lot of water in no time! If I had to complain I would say it’s a little annoying that it turns the power on when I wipe it or use the microwave above because I invariably lean on the controls and it’s sensitive. Great overall though!

We have been using it for a few weeks now and it has been a steep learning curve. I rated this product a 5 but it should be about a 3. For some reason when using the elements they turn themselves off. You think your food is cooking and realize it is off. Then you go through the process of elimination as to why. All the pots come off the elements and it has to cool down ( although only cooking on 4-5). It is strange. But it does cook it fast when it works. The oven works well and I like the steam bake feature. The clock and timers are very easy to set. If only the inductions would stay on until you turn them off! Yes, we are using brand new pots for induction cooking!

love my new range, only reason i don't give it 5* is because i don't understand why the air fry accessory does not come with it. why do you need to buy it separately
