I don't know why this stove has such great reviews, don't be fooled like I was. Less than 3 weeks of owning this stove its been nothing but trouble. First 2 days the stove worked great. 3rd day the stove top would not turn on but the oven worked fine. I called the support line and was told to unplug it and plug it back in, I asked why I would need to do that with a brand new stove and was told because it's a smart stove sometimes it needs to be reset. Even though this fixed that issue, I don't like that I need to unplug it and plug a brand new stove back in for it to work. now in the 3rd week of ownership, the stove top will shut off mid cook. after turning it on, it'll turn itself back off after a few minutes. it's been doing that for the past few days now. home depot will not allow an exchange, instead their policy is to send a tech to open up a brand new stove to try and fix it. stay away from this model, avoid the stress of dealing with warranty 3 weeks in

I've had this stove for a month now and love the induction cooktop and oven. I particularly.like.how quiet it is compared to our old KitchenAid slide in range..There is definitely a learning curve with the touch controls and I don't like that the stovetop shuts down if you try and wipe up a spill on the touch controls..Other then that it's a great product

All they say it is! Bakes beautifully. Heats stovetop so nice and quick.
