We're finding it does not hold it's temperature...especially when you open the door to remove roast for testing...

We bought this oven 2 1/2 weeks ago to replace another that slowly died. So far we have tried the steam bake with sourdough bread, and the loaves turned out excellent. We roasted a turkey using the probe and turkey setting, then switched it over to keep warm for an hour or so. The turkey came out just right, up to proper temperature, yet still juicy. We’ve done some other baking also, everything has been going perfectly. _x000D_ _x000D_ Cons: The glide rack doesn’t fit in the bottom, that would have been nice for the heavy turkey, so another side dish could’ve gone above. And the sounds aren’t very loud, a bit hard to hear from the next room._x000D_ _x000D_ Pros: Pretty much everything else about this oven is good. It heats up quickly and accurately, the interior is large, and the controls and functions are so easy to use. When not in use, the clock display is large, easy to see from a distance._x000D_ _x000D_ The oven is a pleasure to use, simple, yet with features you would expect to see only in the high end brands. Overall I am very pleased with this oven.

We bought this wall oven to replace our last one which was over 25 years old (wanted something reliable for Christmas). It is a good looking appliance and while we are still learning to use all it features what we have tried so far has worked out very well.

Installed 2 weeks ago. Having trouble with accurate temperature was out by 50 degrees. Still out but difference fluctuates.

I have just installed this in my new kitchen. I haven't had a chance to use all of the features, but it looks solid, fits exactly into the cabinet as per the specifications, and matches the microwave nicely.

I bought this oven over a month ago and I have been so pleased. It has so many cooking features. We are a hockey family so the slow cooker feature and keep warm works amazing for this family. I would recommend it to anyone.

We have had this oven installed for about 1 month_x000D_ We haven’t tried all features but are satisfied with what we have tried BUT:_x000D_ We tried to brown a roast at a start temp of 450*. We then inserted the roast into the oven with probe attached to the roast and immediately turned the temp to 325* to bake the roast . As soon as we inserted the probe sender into the receptacle in the oven, the reading on the panel said too hot to use and the probe would not function._x000D_ _x000D_ Secondly we were disappointed to find the air fry pan and broiler pan were not included with the oven but were available at additional cost from a parts supplier.
