Je viens juste de switcher de mon four traditionnel au four encastré à convection. C’est parfait, le design est clean, l’installation et l’utilisation sont simple. Je recommande vivement pour le rapport qualité/prix c’est imbattable.

Purchased this l unit about a month ago and the performance and options for cooking are outstanding. Really love the rollout main rack which is very solid for heavier dishes. The controls are well laid out and easy to use.

Amazing oven for a baker. The built in proofer works well and gives my buns a little more volume and alot quicker in the cold North.

Oven was purchased and installed over 4 weeks ago. Has simple, clean lines and very appealing to the eye, looks great. Very simple to use, all programming at a finger touch and very easy to understand.

The oven fit into the existing space, but the interior is so much larger! It warms up quite quickly and cooks everything to perfection. Very pleased with our new oven!

This oven has so many useful features for ensuring that what I am cooking turns out exactly how I planned. We use the AIRFRY feature, convection roast and bake and cooking with the temperature probe. We are very happy with the performance!

Installed the oven just a couple weeks ago. Liked it, but cannot figure out why the temperature going down during the baking. May be it is normal, but could not find anything about this neither in manual nor on the website. For example, I set the temperature at 375 degrees and in 15 minutes I think my dish is not baking quick enough, I increase the temperature to 390 and the display starts showing the preheat started from 340 degrees. Why it dropped to 340 if I set 375? Tried both regular bake and convection bake and it all the same. Tried to call customer service twice, but wait time was 20 minutes 1st time and 30 the second. Unfortunately, do not have that much time now. Will try to call some other day. Another thing, it is advertised as no preheat, but when you read the manual, it is said for better results always preheat it.

I have only had this wall oven for a few weeks but so far I love it. It heats up fast and is very quiet. The only thing that I don’t love is that when you open the door when something is cooking it blast out the hot air in your face.

The oven works very well but haven’t been able to use the air fryer yet. The manual said the air fryer basket was included but we never received it, nor the broiler which was also supposed to be included as per the manual. Had to pay extra for them and it’s been over 2 weeks and still not here. Disappointed. Why sell an air fryer without the basket to use it?
