Specifically when it comes to baking sourdough bread. You can only put water in while oven is cold. By the time the oven has heated up the baking steel for open bake all water has evaporated. Cooling fans also effect the crust_x000D_ when I tried adding water to a tray of lava rocks. Still researching on how to best bake with this type of oven. _x000D_ No specific info on Frigidaire sites. Just opening the oven door and closing right away to take out something also _x000D_ drops the temp by 40 degrees!

I love my new oven, had it for 3 weeks so I haven't tried everything yet but what I have cooked it did well, the extra size of this 30" oven over my old 27" is fantastic (with only fairly minor cabinet re-work), it's got every feature I wanted and looks great. Although it's a shame it's not available as smart WiFi connected - I knew it wasn't and I can live without that so cannot criticize it in that respect, I'm just sayin' at this price point you might expect it as an option Fridgidaire?????. It's heavy and definitely takes 2 people to install as you would expect.

We are very happy with this wall oven. We spent a lot of time researching which one to get and are happy with our purchase. It seems to have all the bells and whistles but is very user friendly. Hopeful that it lasts a long time.

We bought this a couple weeks ago and I’m very pleased with it. There are so many features that I still haven’t used them all, but am looking forward to doing so. The only downside for me is the delayed start. Our previous oven, also a Frigidaire (which lasted 25 years), could be set in the morning to be ready when we came home from work, but this model can only be delayed up to 1 hr. Aside from that, it is very functional and I’d confidently recommend it.

This oven work perfectly, has lots of optional cook modes that all work amazingly well. It pre-heats fast and cooks evenly. If looking for a stylish modern oven with excellent performance this is the unit for you.
