I bought this product January 2023. Since 2 months it’s making a terrible noise. Very disappointed from a product that is supposedly the best in the market. Called Electrolux which they transferred the file to a G Paquet for service got an appointment after 2 weeks and the day of the appointment and after confirming it for the time they called to reschedule because of the technician who failed to show up to work. Very frustrating. Never heard that a dryer stop working after less than 2 years. Had an LG before and it never had such a problem. Very disappointed

I bought the washer dryer combo a month ago and so far have been very happy with their performance. I feel my laundry is washed better than in my previous Whirlpool Duet, whites seem whiter than before etc. Drier is great too, my laundry is always dry just right. I love the Wrinkle Release feature that keeps tumbling in intervals to prevent wrinkles until I get to take the laundry out. They are both fairly quiet and they look great.

We bought this one month ago. I noticed on Normal my towels and jeans were coming out slightly damp. Changed the setting to Mixed Land and it works perfectly

Drum makes loud knocking sound every rotation.I can hear from downstairs. So I will return it today and replace with other Brands dryer. I hope works this time.

Just to be very clear about this the service tech can only do so much with this piece of junk. The first time that it was used the top rattled, I just placed a towel on it to quiet it. Within two months the door starts to rattle, a month later the door is loose. Then the drum starts clunking even without clothes in it. Spent 5 minutes on the phone trying to get through to a human and when I did the information that I gave to the AI had to be repeated all over again to the person. Two weeks later the second call the same thing. The tech replaced the belt tensioner, drum wheels and tightened the door on the first call. Within days the dryer quit working all together, so on his second call discovered a pinched wire and that the circuit board was not working. What can I say, 10 days without a dryer due to waiting on parts and a service tech. Honestly can say this is the worst dryer I have ever had in 77 years. The sad part is the washer is starting to give me problems. The quality of workmanship on this set is terrible. Think it is sad that the tech and service rep from Electrolux both repeatedly advise me to purchase the extended warranty. My daughter bought the same dryer in Dec 2024, has the same problems with piling, loose door and clunking every time the drum turns, with or without clothes.
