I bought this product month ago and it broke. Waiting for the part to arrive ( some components are on back order).Electrolux customer service would not do anything to address this unfortunate situation. _x000D_ They are extremely insensitive and they were not willing to recognize the fact that the appliance is only one month old. _x000D_ Super rude and arrogant and totally insensitive to customer's needs. _x000D_ I regret this purchase and I would give Electrolux a zero, if possible.

Bought this a month ago - machine is fabulous. Love the big drum and the programming is perfectly matched to consumer needs!

I have only had this dryer a couple week, but so far very happy. Drys great, I use dryer balls which fluff clothes up to reduce wrinkles. Have not used the steam as of yet

I am disappointed in the product, 1 month after buying it new, a rattling noise started. I called the service centre, made an appointment to repair it. A couple weeks after, the noise started again and need to call the repair store once more. I didn't expect something like this to happen with a new appliance.

Within 1 month of brand new install, the dryer would make a loud noise the first 15 minutes of a dry cycle, like a bearing inside was loose. Returned the unit.

Just bought the Series 6 model a month ago. Very happy with the performance overall. Very quiet. Love the ‘boost’ feature

this is my second pair, i had the older model i think was the 5 in my previous home and i love them so much, the whites are so clean and the steam feature is awesome. very quiet machines and their performance is great!!

The six series dryer was delivered about a month ago and we have used it a dozen times so far. The dryer was delivered in perfect condition. I installed it myself with easy to follow instructions and it has worked perfectly so far. I only gave it a 4 rating because of the length of time we have owned it.. A more accurate review could be given after it has been used a couple years.

Bought this about 3 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. It doesn’t take long to dry and the features are great. I just wish the chimes were louder when the machine is done. I can’t hear it sometimes.
