This is the WORST purchase we have ever made. We have had this long enough to let you all know the problems. After a year we have had water leaking out of the lights in the fridge, water leaking down into the freezer to where it would freeze shut. Ice maker in the fridge broken. Water constantly leaks out of the water spout in the door. This fridge has been an absolute nightmare.

Wow! This refrigerator is beautiful! It adds an air of elegance to my kitchen. The doors and drawers close automatically and firmly. For me, having ice in the door and freezer was a must. The ice cubes in the freezer are a unique pyramid shape - which adds a special feeling to cold drinks. The interior is spacious and the interior design effectively uses every inch! Don't hesitate to buy this one! One word of caution - even though we measured the kitchen opening for the refrigerator, the new fridges require more clearance than the old ones - all brands are the same - and are not like our old Samsung which had a zero clearance to open the door. We had to pull the fridge out approximately 4 inches in order to open the right hand door which is adjacent to a cabinet - not a counter top. I was afraid I would have to return my fridge - but there really are no other options out there! All brands have switched to the new door hinge. I am glad we could get our new refrigerator to work! Love Love Love it!

If this fridge wasn’t good looking, I would hate it with every ounce of my being. I’ve lost count of the number of times we’ve had to have someone out to fix it. Worst of all, they can never fix it and all our problems started right after our 1-year warranty expired. _x000D_ _x000D_ Most of the issues are with the freezer. It doesn’t seal so everything in there regularly melts. We’ve probably had someone out 3 or 4 times to fix it. They haven’t succeeded. Furthermore, it is LOUD. It’s recently started this buzzing sound that only stops when you slam the freezer door as hard as you can. _x000D_ _x000D_ It also dents easily. A matchbox car would put a ding in this thing. We don’t even have kids and it’s got dents all over it. We also dropped a glass plate inside the fridge, and the glass didn’t break but it did crack the inside. _x000D_ _x000D_ Lastly, a circuit board busted inside when it was maybe 18-24 months old. Constant beeping. Surprise, someone had to come out to fix it. _x000D_ _x000D_ We had a cheap fridge, 15-year-old before this. It was ugly but it never had a single problem. I wish we would have kept it. Save your money and buy literally any other fridge.

I really like this French Door refrigerator. It has two features that aggravate a bit though, and both have to do with the dispenser. The crushed ice flies every which way and not always just into the glass. The second feature is that water dispenses before the light comes on and that’s not helpful in a darker room. There are two small deli drawers inside and they are stiff and hard to slide the top glass to open them. These could be more user friendly.

A lot of thought went into the organization of this fridge, freezer, and hybrid drawer. There are so many ways to customize the shelves and drawers to tailor it to your own needs making it easier to find what you are looking for. The size is deceiving - although this fridge is technically smaller than our last one, it feels larger due to the intelligent design.

Love my new fridge. It has a sleek, elegant design. Spacious inside with lots of room for all your needs. Ice makers in both fridge and freezer helps to always have ice on hand. The middle drawer can be set at fridge or freezer temperature so it is very versatile.

I made the mistake of buying this refrigerator through Davis appliances and 2 months later the control panel is not working anymore, call for help they sent a technician 10 days later to see the problem, he said it was the door and some wires so he order the parts, had to wait another 7 days so today the next technician came over (different guy) he change the wires and the door and still not working now this Technician feels is the main board so now I have to wait another week to see if that is the problem, will write another review next week to see if they take responsibilities and replace my fridge for a new one, I don't want to spend more than 3500 dollars for a new refrigerator an keeps replacing parts . keep posted I will continue with review
