This refrigerator is very nice. It is not fingerprint resistant and I wish it was. We measured our space and were confident this would fit based on the description and that the measurements were actually smaller than our current refrigerator. The doors on this fridge are very wide and one side of the fridge was up against a wall and we could not get the door to open. We had to trim some granite and cabinet ledge off of our countertop on the other side to get the refrigerator to open. The doors also do not close softly, they bang shut which is unfortunate since I have 4 children. This is a pretty fridge and has great storage spaces.

I purchased this refrigerator from a local appliance store in late 2021. I built my kitchen remodel around it because it had all the features I wanted and was gorgeous. I was very pleased with it for the first few months, but then the door ice maker started failing randomly. Thankfully there’s a second ice maker in the bottom freezer door, so I could fill the door ice bin from there whenever it decided to stop working. Fast forward a year - now the door ice maker NEVER works and the ice maker in the bottom drawer has stop working completely too. I’m kicking myself for not purchasing the extended warranty and will now have to schedule a service call. Very disappointed customer.

Just got our new Counter Depth French Door fridge delivered by Electrolux. The unit is more stunning than in the photos and videos. Clean lines, great features, touch controls and full height area for tall pitchers for ice and water. Love the flexible middle drawer. Well done Electrolux!

We had little time to replace our similar Samsung refrigerator, which gave out after 13 years. Electrolux is nowhere in any ratings, Samsung is now low, and LG has all the top spots._x000D_ _x000D_ A contractor working with our neighbors works with someone at University Electric. His contact there said all reviews, including Consumer Reports, are paid for and not valid. He recommended Electrolux, which we purchased. It has less capacity than the Samsung, but very nice features. It is costly, and we will need to cut out a wall to make it fit in without sticking out too far in our kitchen._x000D_ _x000D_ Overall, it does seen to be a good product. We will have to see how many years it will be reliable.

It’s a great fridge, the only thing I would change is that it’s noisy at times. But it’s a beautiful appliance and definitely serves our needs.

Only two weeks in operation. Seems like a great appliance. My wife wanted the shelves adjusted recently and we were disappointed to see that adjusting the shelves is severely limited. We have also had the smaller door fail to fully close on se real occasions. This is due to the door mechanism not properly functioning.. one final issue, we wish the water drawn from the refrigerator was colder. I’ve looked and to my knowledge the water temperature cannot be adjusted.

This refrigerator exceeds all out expectations! Plenty of space in this counter depth refrigerator. High quality, stylish and sleek design. Love the extra drawer for easy to access to often used items. A+
