How do you review something that you've only had for a few weeks and is a long term appliance... Here's what I can honestly tell you for sure. Electrolux has excellent customer service. I had many dumb questions, never waited long on the phone and got all of the answers I needed. I had an issue with space and needed the size of the washer and dryer to be below a very specific height. Apparently manufacturers used to make these things smaller but now only little washers and dryers with a small cubic foot capacity will fit like I needed, except for Electrolux. With the research I did I can legitimately tell you that Electrolux is the only one that makes a good cubic foot size that is less than 40" high. _x000D_ So far they have worked like a dream and had more cycles and controls than I imagined. They are very clean looking, high tech, get my clothes cleaner and dryer faster. To top it all off, the price was right. Full disclosure, it was better than right. I would have paid more (meaning I had a budget and came in below that budget). I was surprised how much I saved compared to the other brands. I have made some bad decisions in my life and this was not one of them. : ) Glad I picked these up. Win.

The dryer works well although I sometimes have to add an extra cycle. When I had an Electrolux electric dryer, it was more efficient.

This is the very worst piece of machinery I’ve ever owned. From day one this dryer has been super slow to dry. I phoned Electrolux multiple time, spent way too much time with unsatisfactory answers, and eventually they agreed to send a serviceman out. He moved the dryer a bit further away from the wall and told me the problem was fixed. NOPE. NO IMPROVEMENT. I’m looking for the possibility of a lemon law case. I’m in my 60s, tech savvy, and have never owned such a useless piece of junk

Great upgrade _x000D_ Super size drum, lots of options to control heat, time etc,_x000D_ Dries clothes quickly with little noise and no wrinkles_x000D_ _x000D_ Wish I’d upgraded years ago !
