I purchased this and installed it in our cold garage a month ago. It functions just as advertised and as I hoped. It is a little larger than the previous freezer, but using the advertised dimensions to plan the space, it fits our location just right. The features of frost-free, adjustable shelves, useful door pockets, and a green LED light to indicate "on" were all valued features for us. Although it cost more than others I considered, it was the right choice.

My boyfriend bought me this freezer about 2 months ago. So far I love this freezer. It runs great. Love the light on the bottom that shows it is on. Never have to open it to be sure it is running.

Our freezer went out a few months ago and we decided to wait awhile before buying another to see if we really needed one. When I saw the sale going on at Home Depot on Frigidaire freezers we went out and bought one. My husband missed his ice cream. Needless to say we have almost filled it already. The delivery people were great. They switched the door for us before they brought it in and placed it exactly where we wanted it._x000D_ They also made sure it was level. Thank you Frigidaire!

I've owned about 2 months now and wow its really nice. Everything is right there were you can see it , year able to organize the freezer like never before , I think this freezer is great.

This freezer was delivered on February 8, 2020. On February 28, 2020 I opened the door and the LED light did not come on. I called the service department and explained the situation. The customer rep said I needed to verify that the light was not working. My husband pressed on the light cover which is recessed in the roof of the freezer. When he pressed on the cover, the light came on and then we closed the door. This morning I opened the door and the light once again was not on. I have to call for service and explain that we don't believe the problem is the LED light itself but perhaps a lose wire. I am not a technician so I don't know what the problem is. Since we've had this freezer less than a month and the door has been opened less than six times, I am disappointed in this product. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly and efficiently with on no cost on our part.

I bought my freezer about a month or two, I love not having to take everything out to find what I want to cook.
