I bought this 3 weeks ago. Freezer has already stopped working. I am waiting on appliance repair to come out next week to see what the issue is. Very disappointed since I only put meat it in new freezer a week ago and most was spoiled.

Very satisfied with this unit. The vertical cooling element that runs up the back of the freezer disperses the desired temperature very evenly. This freezer makes next to no noise while running which is a huge plus!

Bought this 3 weeks ago since the old one died a quick death. shopped on line and found this a Spencers. Was in stock and installed before the good thawed.

This is our first freezer. We got it about a month ago to store meat and fish that we buy in bulk. So glad with the purchase. It provides enough capacity to store supplies both on the shelf and the door. Has a light on the bottom to show whether it's working. We use the freezer top to store items out of reach of little ones.

From the day this freezer was delivered a few weeks ago, we continue to be impressed. Amazing capacity. Frost-free is wonderful. Wow!
