working great so far .Bought this 5 ago weeks, and have full of Elk meat.Keeping it rock hard.And plenty of room.Really like the door baskets,and this doesnt allow smaller items to slide through like with other brands

We bought this last month to help us store more of the foods that we are now preparing and freezing as part of our new diet. It is working great.

I had to bend the hinge a slight bit because when initially relocated to the other side of the unit there was a gap in the door. I did not contact customer service because I could fix/adjust. Also it took me 5 months to get the freezer in the first place, I did not want to wait on a repair or replacement. After hinge fix, the freezer runs great I have been tracking the temp with 2 thermometers it is right on.

We bought this freezer because we decided to buy a beef quarter. It is nice to be able to find the stuff that we have frozen.

I have had my upright deep freeze for over a month now and love it. Had searched everywhere and finally purchased this one online for the first time ever. Had a few issues with delivery, but, absolutely am pleased with my purchase. Never had trouble with any Frigidaire appliances.

Our old freezer died suddenly and we were so lucky to be able to find this freezer. It is a little smaller than our old one, so we are getting used to that. Otherwise, I really like how evenly it cools the interior - much better than our old freezer. And the lighting is excellent, as well. The fact that it's a little "skinnier and taller" does lend it to more easily go through doorways and fit into a smaller floor footprint. I didn't give it 5 stars because I thought that the shelve "adjustibility" was somewhat limited. It would be nice to have more "levels" to choose from. Also, I miss having a handle on the front of the freezer, and I wish the door shelves were an inch or so deeper. Overall, my "complaints" are minor and we're happy with how well it is functioning.

I bought this a mo th ago and am very happy with it. The size is perfect and I love the green light that indicates it is running. It's super quiet!

What a difference a new up to date model makes. Frost free is the only way to go. Fits the amount of food we need in a freezer and then some. Perfect for my family.
