Had the freezer for a few weeks now. Had to replace our old one that lasted 35 years. So far, so good. Hopefully it will last at least 10 years!

Purchased 16cu ft freezer adapter the 25+ yr old fridge in the basement finally died. We always struggled to manage the items in the freezer portion. I realized while it was nice to have the extra refrigerator for milk, eggs, soft drinks etc, that the most important purpose it served was being a freezer. So, I replaced the old extra fridge with this freezer. The wife was a bit skeptical at first, but boy is her tune changed. She loves it! An extra gallon of milk and a couple of dozen eggs can be kept in the kitchen fridge and the amazing amount of space in the new freezer is fantastic. No more “ freezer Jenga” to retrieve dinner! It’s super cold, spacious and well designed. The temperature and door ajar alarm provides piece of mind. We can now load up on a great sale of meats, steaks, frozen veggies, etc. I highly recommend this freezer. Smaller footprint than out old side-by-side fridge, but oh so much more interior space! Buy it, you wont regret it!

Freezer completely frosted over continuosly starting within 24 hours of receiving it and still does. Home Depot refuses to exchange it although it is clearly defective.

had it now for 2 weeks love it, went shopping filled it up, and I have a another frigidaire love that one also. I love them because you do not have to defrost them. great buy
