It doesn't have a lock so we had to buy one. I think it's important because we have had problems with our old freezer when the door opens by mistake and things defrost. Having said this, it's a nice freezer with a light to show it's working on the bottom. It's smaller (16 cu ft.) than our old freezer but it still packs a lot of food. We have had no problems with it.

This is smaller than what I am used to having but it is working great. My last freezer was a 21 cubic foot. It is keeping everything cold and so far it is meeting my families nees.

Seems like a well made freezer. We like the metal shelves and basket at the bottom. It cooled down almost immediately.

Got the freezer the first week of November and by the 3rd week, the freezer is not cold enough with alarm beeping and green light flashing. Waiting for the technician to stop by to take a look

Old freeze died so it was important to replace. I am glad it was a Frigidaire. my entire kitchen is Frigidaire and I am very happy with it.
