I bought this freezer about a month ago and it was on back order. It was just delivered at 6:15 PM in the dark. Plugged in fired right up but I noticed the next day a dent in the top. It does not appear to impact the operation of the freezer. So far it appears to work just fine. I was replacing a 18 CF chest freezer that was still working after 20 years of use(WP), but I moved to a smaller place and needed the space. I hope this one lasts as long

I purchased this freezer a month ago, and it works perfectly. Lot of easily accessible space which makes it a breeze to find that I'm after. The green light near the floor assures me it's working, and its compact footprint helps me get the most out of my space. I would definitely purchase this freezer again if I was starting over.

Works fine, but advertisement said reversible door. Delivery guy said he could not make this a reversible door due to location of a sensor. False advertising.

Bought about month ago and so happy I did. I had a chest freezer but had to move things around to find what I was looking for. Now so easy open the door and I can just scan what's in there. Love it!

Delivery was 11/13/20. I emptied a chest freezer and top frig freezer into new freezer. It is almost full. I really like the upright much better than a chest type. At 78 years old it is to hard to stand on my head and everything I wanted seemed to be at the bottom. I'm happy with my purchase and it works great so far.

COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! I recently purchased this freezer, and would recommend it to anybody. There's plenty of space, stays cold, excellent lighting, and it's magnetic on the outside. No issues upon arrival! Two thumbs way up! I WILL be recommending this company!

When my daughter and her family relocated after retirement from the military, their chest freezer did not survive the move. We wanted to surprise her with a new freezer, but due to Covid-19, freezers became hard to come by. We have always had an upright Frigidaire, so it would a Frigidaire or nothing. This freezer is AMAZING! The door can be switched to open from either side. An alarm sounds if the door is ajar after 5 minutes. And the green light lets you know everything is okay. Lots of space! Thank you Frigidaire for continuing to make products worthy of the name and are made to last.
