Got this sweetheart a month ago. Was really surprised how quickly it dropped the food temperature to minus 7. Deceiving how much food you can pack in it, great amount of room. Every shelf keeps food equally cold, something I wasn't use to. It was also great to be able to see what was on each shelf, plenty of light inside. The last feature I loved was to be able to make sure the power was on without opening the door, because of the LED light that shines on the floor showing existing power. Great little freezer

I got this freezer like 5 months ago now ,its not the biggest by any means but its perfect for us ,its super quiet you can't even hear it run ,jus enough lights in it I couldn't be happier

The freezer works great and it's the perfect size for us. The green LED status light is a nice touch, although my wife finds the light a bit distracting as its surprisingly bright glow can be seen bleeding under the door in the next room. I say it's a small price to pay to know all is well. Besides, I can block that light transfer if I really need to. The only negative was the process of getting my hands on one during a pandemic, but I certainly can't blame Frigidaire for the unexpected demand.

We've owned a Frigidaire Deep Freezer in the past, and owned it for over 14 years (a Commercial 14 cu ft unit). We recently donated that freezer to a School Organization and decided to buy this 16 cu ft Model to replace it. We purchased this unit to fit into our Laundry room (the previous unit lived in our garage), as it will sit next to the W/D, and will be adjacent to a future cabinet and sink install. Size options limited us, on many other units, in order to allow us to open the door. While the cabinets and sink are yet to be installed, we believe the foot print of this unit will work as it is a taller unit and that's what we need.

Purchased about a month ago and so far, the unit is working great. We had the door reversed to open from the left and had a small issue with frost, but the repairman scheduled an immediate appointment and resolved the issue. Nice freezer.
