We bought the freezer a month ago when our 18 year old upright conked out. After 2 days of shopping we decided on the Frigidaire. I love that it's so quiet, takes up less space (it's tall, not wide) and having shelves on the door allows for even more space to store small items.

I bought this several months ago and am so glad I did. I am able to store lots of meat and vegetables, and it is easy to find what I need.

Purchased freezer a couple of weeks ago as our old unit was starting to fail. I liked the basic design and features of the freezer. No bells and whistles for me, just performance!

This is a bit smaller than the one we bought in the 70's. But our family is smaller too. I like the handle sunk inside the door and the fully lit interior when you open the door. Maybe my old one once had the light, but it had gotten really dim by the time the whole thing died
