Purchased 2 years and 5 months ago. It quit working and I lost my investment of meat. Seniors here... I'm unemployed. I paid a repair man and he tried but needs new mother board and converter... . This company would NOT help us. 5 months out of warranty... a freezer should last more than 2.5 years. Costo rep tried to help me (where I bought it) and they were turned down by Fridgidaire as well. Best case was they would send me the parts for $320 and then I pay a repairman that has to charge me the same (and I've already paid out of pocket a repairman to try to get it going.) In all would cost more than a new freezer. I will NEVER purchase this brand again and will be spreading the word. I am confident all will agree with me that a freezer should last longer than 2.5 years.

Our old 21 Cubic Foot freezer died on us ... probably the best for us. Since there are only two of us at home now, this 16 Cu. Ft. freezer is perfect for us. The temperature is consistent throughout the freezer. The seal on the door is so good that I move the whole freezer sometimes when opening the door. The power indicator on the underside of the freezer is also nice for peace of mind. Our old freezer was around 30 years old so we have definitely seen a difference in our electricity bill! Good price through Costco too!

Bought to replace a smaller non frost free frigidaire freezer. I love the no ice build up and size _x000D_ I now can get everything in freezer and find it all.

We bought this freezer a month ago and are so happy with how much room we have to store all our food. Love the up right feature and extra depth . Very happy

Our 25 year old freezer finally quit working. In a panic to purchase a new one quickly we were fortunate enough to find a Frigidaire upright freezer. It works great, quiet and looks good.

My old freezer was on the way out. Looked around and was recommended the Frigidaire. Went with it. Price point was on. I open the door and can see the layout is perfect. See what I need works great.

My new freezer was the same cu. ft. as my old one, but this one has way more room inside. I also like the alarm system as I lost all the food in 2 other freezer without alarms.

Needed a replacement ASAP when our old one went down._x000D_ Bought locally and lucked out, purchased in the am and delivered in the pm._x000D_ The name spoke for itself because Frigidaire has the reputation that you can count on.
