Really delighted with our new freezer! It has a light! and the taller but narrower shape lets me see what's in there without having to rearrange and search.

We are so pleased with our new freezer, as we can now do bulk shopping and not worry about having sufficient room to store all the frozen products.

Only had couple of days and it started frosting up, door seal leaks, called several times for a seal been waiting for 2 weeks, finally someone coming today to look at it and hope fully replace the seal? But the seal has not got here yet. Makes a lot of noise, not happy at all with this model, for the cost not worth it.

Price compares very favorably to similar size and quality freezers. Could use one more shelf--quibble. We use it in the basement and the noise isn't a problem--might be distracting in a more public area.

We purchased this freezer a few weeks ago to replace a similar unit we had for 16 years. So far we don't have any complaints but have a few items which would have been nice to have. One, the door is not self closing as our previous Frigidaire freezer was. We did not have to positively close the door for it to shut. Second, my wife wanted to have the door changed to be a right hand open instead of left. After reading the instructions on the door removal and reversing (take out hinges, remove door and lay the unit on the floor) we decided it was not worth the effort. Other freezers in this class were a lot easier to change the door out. Again, these were nice to haves in our opinion but not show stoppers. The unit does cool down very quickly, had a great insulation package, shelf and door design for bulky frozen food packages. The door open and temperature alarms are good features. The indicator light also lets us know the unit is working properly. All in all we hope this unit will give us the same or greater length of service as our previous one.
