The 16 cu. ft upright freezer fits my needs perfectly. It has a lot of storage room. The pockets on the door are great for smaller items or anything you need quickly. I would recommend this freezer for anyone looking for extra storage.

I bought this freezer because the door was reversible and I knew I needed it to open on the left, not on the right as is standard on most models. The person from my local appliance store who installed it and switched the door told me that the gasket was compressed from the standard installation, and as a result there was a gap when he switched the door. He thought that it might recover, but after 5 days and an unusually warm weekend the gap was still there, the freezer was completely frosted over inside, and my food was soft. My appliance shop told me I had to contact Frigidaire directly for service. After managing to bypass the idiotic online agent and speak to a real person, she offered to send me a new gasket that I could install myself. In 10 days. While my food defrosts. I pushed back and said I needed it sooner, and she spoke to a manager and agreed to 3-shipping. Not good enough. I will have to throw our a whole freezer-full of food because Frigidaire wouldn’t send me a part that is required to make the unit operate as advertised overnight. I will never purchase from them again. Since I imagine this review won’t get posted on the Frigidaire site I will save to post in other places.

My Frigidaire frost free freezer was delivered the day after Christmas. I could not be happier with it!! After much research I ordered this freezer online. I was a little apprehensive since I did not see it in "person". To my delight my purchase was an excellent choice. The dimensions are perfect for the garage, the LED light makes it a breeze to finding stored items, and it was a great price for a 16.0 cubic foot frost free freezer! I love it!

I bought this to replace a smaller upright freezer and glad that I did. This freezer took no time to come to temperature and having the light inside makes it so easy to see when I need to retrive an item. The overall size was just what I needed to fit the existing space that I had available.
