I’ve had it about a month and love it. Am used to a chest type freezer but this is so easy to find everything in an upright.

Bought this freezer so I can organize and find things quicker and easier. how does my two chest freezers hands down and makes it so much easier to find the ite6 that my wife and I are looking for

Delivery guys set up unit without adequate space on the right side of the unit. Unit was filled with frozen food after one day. After two days, the unit started to defrost. Right side of freezer was extremely hot. Removed food. Called for service and was given a two week delay for service. Read the manual, unplugged unit, moved to new location with at _x000D_ least 4 inches of space all around. Restarted the freezer. Waited two days to refill with frozen food. Working fine now. Delivery service guys should know about space requirements.

I’ve only had my freezer for two weeks, so I cannot attest to its long term reliability. However my initial impression is that it does what it is intended to do — very well. It has enormous capacity and freezes foods quickly. So far, I am quite happy with my purchase.

Our old freezer died after 20 plus years. This machine is much nicer. It has more storage, the shelf layout is great. It's very quiet. We are impressed.
