I bought this Stand Alone Upright Freezer about a month ago, and am I ever glad I did. A couple of great things immediately jump out at you, 1) it is quiet, all the time, 2) it has a power indicator light that shines to tell you it has power and should be working , and 3) has an audible alarm if the temp drops or the door isn't fully closed or you open the door to many times in a short period. I happen to find all of these things absolutely outstanding._x000D_ _x000D_ There is plenty of space inside, my only "meh" is that the door shelves are unmovable, but they have a nice amount of space between them, so they work for me. 4 metal shelves and an open, removable basket on the bottom gives you lot's of storage options with shelf height and positioning, I have a side-by-side frig-freezer combo and was truly surprised at the stuff I pulled out of that small freezer that I didn't know was there, and a lot is basically inedible, all because it couldn't be seen. This new freezer will help solve that issue tremendously!_x000D_ _x000D_ This is a product that, at this point, everything has come together wonderfully and I have no hesitation about recommending this freezer to anyone!

I had a long wait for this freezer, due to COVID, so I was very excited when it arrived. My manual defrost 23-yr-old freezer had stopped working completely, and I really needed a freezer. The delivery guys did an excellent job removing the old freezer from the basement and hauled the new one down my stairs without a problem. This freezer is taller than my old one, so getting it down the stairs was definitely a job for professionals. I highly recommend paying the fee for delivery, installation, and hauling away the old freezer ($25 through Home Depot). _x000D_ _x000D_ This new freezer had all the features I wanted, at a reasonable price. I love that it's frost free. It comes with a detailed user guide for moving the door opening from left to right, and that process took me about 45 minutes. I love the green indicator light, letting me know that the freezer is running, and the interior light is especially nice. I've only had this freezer for a month, but it has held its temperature well, and the "Recommended" setting on the dial keeps the freezer at 5ºF. I'm very happy with this purchase.

We waited more than 3 months for our freezer. It was worth it! It works well and has a spacious interior. The green light showing that it is functioning and the alarm when door remains open are useful extras.

Because of COVID, I wanted a new freezer. My old freezer was 40 years old. I was not familiar with Frigidaire products. After waiting months for Lowe's to get upright freezers in the market, I ordered the first one I could get when they became available. It wasn't the size or the make I wanted but I was desperate. The delivery people were excellent and respected our concern about coming into the house without masks. They wore their masks and were careful not to touch too many places in our home. I was so surprised that even though my other freezer was full and larger, the 15+cu freezer worked well and we fit everything into it nicely. I am totally happy with the purchase an and it looks like Lowe's and the universe took care of me.

We had an old Maytag freezer from 2008 that was acting up for some time and wasting some of our food. Finally, we said enough is enough and decided to get a replacement freezer. As many would know, due to Covid, finding a freezer or a fridge that is available and that can actually be delivered in a reasonable time is a matter of luck. I was continuously checking Lowe's, Home Depot and Best Buy to see if anything was available even though I really preferred Frigidaire brand as our refrigerator is Frigidaire and we are very happy with it. Anyhow, one night after weeks of searching, I saw that this freezer showed up as purchasable and I immediately pulled the plug. Finally it was delivered but the delivery team realized that there was a small dent on the front door and gave me an option to refuse it (with a disclaimer that they did not know if and when a replacement would be available) or take a 10% refund. While I really wanted to have a replacement, I wasn't going to take a chance to end up waiting for weeks or months. We needed the freezer and dented one was already here. So we took it. _x000D_ _x000D_ I cannot be happier with our purchase. It took 3-4 hours to completely get to the temperature to put back our food and ever since that, the freezer has been working great. Everything in the freezer turns rock-solid very quickly, interior light is nice and bright and love the green led at the bottom letting us know that it is functioning as expected. It was also a little larger (due to full size height) which turned out to be excellent for our pantry. I hope the reliability turns out to be good and we use this freezer for a very long time. _x000D_ _x000D_ I highly recommend this freezer to others who are in the market to get one.

I have not had a separate freezer in a long time but our drawer freezer was always stuffed and I was limited on buying frozen items. We decided to get one. I did a lot of research and found the Frigidaire had the best reviews. It has not disappointed. It’s perfect. Very very cold even in a hot Texas garage. Very quiet running and the shelves are set up great for organizing. I love it!
