I made an order for a freezer Jan,2022 but was told it was no longer in production and I was offered a this freezer which was delivered June little did I know it was the worst freezer ever. I started using this freezer this Sept and I was waiting to get a good deal on the produce to store for keep. Unfortunately, I ended up wasting my money. After loading the freezer with almost a thousand dollar produce(meat, fish, tomatoes and pepper) the freezer only had some ice on the wall at 1/5th depth of the freezer the produce didn’t freeze and they went bad and smelly. I am so disappointed, this took tears from my eyes has the main purpose of buying this freezer was to save money and I ended up wasting my money. _x000D_ After reaching out to Frigidaire they couldn’t make a good arrangement for the repair it asap even after explaining on the urgency. It’s almost a week and no repairs. _x000D_ I have uploaded a picture of the remaining produce of which I have thrown away the meat and fish as they went bad quickly and the smell was unbearable. This is really unacceptable as there isn’t any guarantee on using the freezer after repairs how am I sure same thing won’t happen again . I am so disappointed in your brand. I have to send these pictures to my 5 friends who were seriously considering buying for their review. If I can rate this freezer -100 I will seriously do

I have had this freezer for less than two weeks and it doesn't work, couldn't freeze a bowl of water over 12 hours.

I bought this model in August 2022 from Costco. Within a month that freezer just stopped working completely. It was full of food and I lost everything! Loaded it up and brought it back to Costco. I thought I was just unlucky and got a lemon. _x000D_ I ordered another from Costco and waited a few weeks while all my food was growing was getting over ripe and spoiling waiting for another freezer. I managed to save some produce to put in the freezer. I have it up and running for about 3 weeks and it only freezes on the bottom and not the top. I can just fill it just over half to keep things frozen. _x000D_ I have last year’s model of the same size and it works good! _x000D_ Poor quality freezer! _x000D_ Is Frigidaire willing to set me up with a freezer that actually works?

I am pleased with the size but I’m not pleased that there are only 2 small freezer baskets I would like to have 3 more but they are almost 100$ each crazy

Bought this so I'd be able to stock up when things go on sale. If you have space for it, it's worth the buy.
