Does exactly what it claims. Love that it's upright so it doesn't take up too much space but fits a lot of food

The product came scratched up inside. In addition, we went to flip the way the door opened (a very routine, advertised and normal thing to do) and the brand new hinge pin broke in half. That’s not indicative of high quality manufacturing and I fear it doesn’t bode well for the overall quality as well. They couldn’t mail us a simple replacement piece and instead had to send over a repairman who was a no-show for the initial appointment. Over a week later and we have a new piece, but will it last...? What’s next to go wrong and how annoying with the remedying process be next time?

Being able to store food on shelves inside & the basket on bottom & very big plus is storage on the door._x000D_ You can see everything you have in the freeze._x000D_ Very happy to have been able to get one a month ago.

This is my second Frigidaire, I have a side by side Frigidaire and bought this freezer one month ago. So, I knew i am buying a quality brand. However, I am amazed of the quality, how energy efficient, roomy and quiet this freezer is. We placed this freezer in our garage where temperatures get very high during the summer. So far there are no frost build up, and freezer is maintaining a steady -18C with thermostat setting to the coldest level. This is a good investment and a bargain for $498.00 for a 13 CU.FT upright frost free freezer._x000D_ My only compliant is about this review web site it self, it opens a pop up window to enter your review but it crashes after a while and you can not scroll down to the submit button and have to refresh the site, where your review get lost and you have to write everything again.
