Plugged in after deliver and allowed to run 16hrs. Came home from work to see it never actually came on. No power to it. Tried in several different outlets before calling. On a plus it was easy to get a replacement other than having to wait till 11/8/20 for said replacement. Would be happy to amend this once replacement is here and working.

Have only had it for a couple of weeks, but so far so good. The upright format is great for being able to easily see the items inside, and the green LED that indicates it's running is also a nice touch. This size is just right for us.

Great product in a great size at at great Home Depot price. Finally able to get one from back order. Just as advertised. Yes the little green light is great to show that the power is on. The open door alarm works great (ask my wife).

This freezer is a lot better than my old freezer.The door was changed from right to left to give me more room .
