I bought this freezer after my old Frigidaire freezer died after 18 trouble-free years of use. I’ve had it a month and it works fine. Love the fact that it has a light inside, is self-defrosting, and lets you know if you haven’t gotten the door closed tightly. Great so far!

I have had my freezer for about a month. I like the simplicity of this model with the manual settings. Also the light at the bottom makes a nice night light. I don’t think it is very loud at all like I read in other reviews. And the 13cu/ft seems to hold a lot of food.

This freezer was an excellent purchase. It has enough shelves and penty of room on the door. The features are easy to understand and it was a smart purchase.

We bought this to accommodate late season produce and meat. The upright takes up less space than a chest style and it makes finding things so much easier.

The freezer is easy to organize and easy to move about - on wheels - so I can move it when I changed my mind for location and easy to clean around.

I had picked out the freezer for myself and then my Honey bought it for my Birthday. It was going to be mine either way. So easy to use and organize. I recommend it to everyone!

Within 1 week of delivery, on 17/sep/2020, this unit stopped working - complete failure of the main power board. We were out of town for a long weekend and lost over $300 in food. We spoke to Frigidaire and the replacement part is backordered until December 2020. So here we are, one month after purchase, with no working unit, unclear resolution of the issue, less $300 is spoiled food. We were really excited about having a separate freezer but this unit was a failure.

I chose this freezer over all the others I researched in comparison. First of all, I trust the Frigidaire brand after a lifetime of positive experiences with their long-lasting appliances. Second, I loved all the great features of this freezer: 13 cu ft. of stand-up storage, adjustable shelves and a pull out basket, spacious door storage, a bright inside light, and the even temperature technology. Third, what a beauty! A gorgeous, sleek, simple, smooth design - no door handles sticking out. We even changed the door to the other side with the simple-to-follow directions. Everything about this freezer is just perfection! High quality appliance. It will likely last me the rest of my life!

I purchased this freezer in order to have frozen foods on hand so I won't have to go out grocery shopping as often this fall and winter when the second wave of the pandemic will possible hit. I am amazed and pleased by the amount of food this freezer holds. The door shelves add a lot of additional space too. I like the green light below the door which is visible from all sides and assures me the freezer is running.
