Received as a gift and food will not freeze fully. Bought freezer thermometer to put in it and temp hovers between 20-35 F, even with the temp dial set to the coolest setting. The temperature alarm that is supposed to go off when temp is above 21 F isn’t going off. I assume I have a faulty thermostat but all attempts to call help line have been “busy” and they tell you to call back at another time and hang up on you.

I bought this freezer about a month ago. It quickly went to near zero and has held that temperature steadily since. The light inside lights up the inside very well._x000D_ The outside green power light is easy to see.

Don't have a photo but great for extra food storage so I don't have to go out in case of snow, since I'm 82 years old

Love all the moveable shelves making it easy to organize food. Lots of storage room. Also the green light to show it is working.

We got this about a month ago and it’s wonderful. It works great and holds a lot of food. The interior light is a big help. The exterior LED light is bright and indicates our freezer is working all the time, a really big help. I was surprised to discover the unit has an alarm if the temp gets too warm as well.

After having some troubles with our refrigerator, earlier in the year we decided to purchase the Frigidaire upright freezer. Good thing we did because our fridge stopped the week of Thanksgiving. Fortunately there is plenty of room and we were able to transfer all our food. We’ve had a chest freezer in the past but wanted an upright freezer..after researching our options I came across the Frigidaire. I really like the built in light, shelves and storage on the door. It’s a well designed product and look forward to many years of use.

We had a 17 cu ft freezer and we fit everything in the 13 cu ft freezer. I like the adjustable shelves

I had a chest freezer lost a lot of food in it.I am thrilled with my freezer I can see everything at a glance.My friends tell me that they don’t know anyone that gets so excited about an appliance.I am so happy.

works well, good available space. The freezer is moving freely when open, so it wood be good to have a kind of handle on the body of the freezer so it will not move/roll when open. In this case one can hold the handle on the body, and pull the handle (actually concave recess) on the door. Or, brake some how the wheels.
