Bought this a month ago and finally got it on December 10th and The installede it (Carlos) and started it and we now have a buch of stuff in there freezing! This is the second freezer we bought from Frigidaire because we sold the 16 year old one with our last house and we are just as happy with the 13 cubic foot one as we were with the 21 cubic foot one!

I am very happy with this purchase. The freezer is just the size I need, frost free do no manual defrosting! There is a ton of room in this freezer so I am all set if I come across a big sale or a big turkey!_x000D_ I like that it is also very energy efficient and the shelves are easily adjustable if need be._x000D_ This was on sale at Lowe’s online. Great service, fast delivery and a great price!

We purchased this upright freezer as a backup to store our extra meat and vegetables . During this pandemic we have stocked our freezer with necessary items to cut down on trips to the grocery store. This upright doesn't take up much room and has opened up more storage space in our refrigerator freezer in our kitchen.

We needed the door reversed, which is advertised to be an option. The delivery folks did such when it was delivered. We now have ice formulating along the entire door seal so it is obvious it does seal properly. We called to get it serviced and they only have one date to do so in the entire month, which I take to be because it is warranty service and they don't really earn any money off the call.

As soon as the store had them in stock we bought one because they were getting hard to find And we are very pleased with it for more frozen food storage
