5 Perfect Size

This has been a great purchase for our family. There’s plenty of storage and I love that it is frost free.

5 Convenient upright freezer.

So far we are pleased with purchase. Like the green light that signals it is on. Much easier to retrieve items from shelves than out old chest freezer.

5 Alot of space

Got this as an early christmas present and yall, i love it!! I can finally go to costco and stock up on my frozen snacks! And pizza! With my old freezer, attched to ny fridge i didnt have that luxury. Its the perfect size for our garage. I couldn't be happier. Keeps my things nice and cold and no freezer burn.

5 Great lighting, and good choices of shelf position. I like the various door shelving as well.

Our last freezer was 40 years old but needed to be replaced. This one fits our needs perfectly, now that there is just two of us in the house.

5 Best freezer ever!

This freezer is exceptional. Much better than previous. It is frost free and has huge amounts of space and shelving. It has a green light which shows it is plugged in.

5 Perfect

Bought this for the garage. it is the perfect size. Green light is great to verify that power is on and the door alarm is great to notify us if the door is not closed completely. It's so easy to keep food organized and visible.

5 Works great

I got it because our old freezer quit on us last year. And this one I’ve been watching and was out of stock for awhile. I’m glad I got it when I did.

2 Defective door, alarm issues

For the first couple weeks it was great. The size is just right for needing extra freezer space for a few people._x000D_ _x000D_ The fridge is a great size for small families or couples. It is hard to find an upright fridge in this size and we were pleased with the space inside. The price is kind of high, but during Covid, everyone and their mother is buying up fridges so finding a cheaper option in this odd size is pretty tough._x000D_ _x000D_ Unfortunately, mine had a defect in the door, towards the bottom. The seal was warped/damaged as well as the channel that housed it. The technician ordered us a new door, which was backordered for three months, then the replacement was damaged during shipping. The replacement for the damaged replacement was backordered for another couple months, and the date for that is now passed. Support said early next year is the new timeframe. The issue with the seal was kind of a slow buildup. It let enough heat out and moisture in that it took about a month until the frost buildup became unmanageable, which was just outside the return window._x000D_ _x000D_ Customer service is ok once you figure out how to get in touch with them. I know Covid has done a number on a lot of companies, but I called into customer service as many times as it takes to try out every option on the phone tree (and tried every number for the company I could find) with all of them ending in a message saying something along the lines of "all of our service reps are busy please call back another time" then getting hung up on. I also tired sending emails to support but they went unanswered. The only way to get help that I have found is to use the live chat on the support page, which you have to activate by clicking the little button on the far right of the window. Once you get someone on the live chat, which is fairly quick, they are actually pretty helpful._x000D_ _x000D_ Aside from the issue with the door, the fan in these energy efficient units is very low powered. If you leave the door open too long and even a small amount of moisture gets to the fan it will freeze and the fan will stop working. This will cause the built in alarm to go off and beep constantly until you unplug the unit and defrost the fan. Make sure to put some kind of lubricant (petroleum jelly or something similar) around the seal especially the hinge side, to ensure you're not letting the freezer defrost while idle. If moisture does get on that fan, you will have a hard time clearing it and the alarm/defrost will be come an annoying cycle.
