We’ve had our new freezer about a month & are happy with our purchase. It’s got plenty of room to hold overflow from our inside freezer. Allows us to buy more when things are on sale!

I have bought the freezer few weeks ago and so far it is working great. the only thing is that it has 4 total shelves, the distance between each shelve is almost 2 liter bottle. there should be more shelves built in. this extra space is definitely not used unless there is additional helves built in. it is difficult to just stack zip lock bags on top of each other without falling. maybe put them in a box, but that's not feasible._x000D_ _x000D_ i still have not gotten the electric bill yet, i hope i wont be surprised once i get it.

I doubt I am alone with this issue. I purchase a Frigidaire freezer 2 months ago. After a month the fan stopped working and round one of ruined food. Frigidaire sent a tech to install some seals etc. Fast forward another month and here I am again with an inoperative fan and a freezer full of thawed food. I called the customer support line and got a message saying they were too busy helping other customers (obviously there are others like me), "please feel free to try again later". So here I sit with a freezer full of soon to be rotten food because I can't speak to anyone at Frigidaire. The part that really upsets me is the lost food, I bought this unit to keep food frozen and it has failed at it's one and only job.....twice. But Frigidaire doesn't seem to care that they are selling faulty products or that the people, in this poor economy, are losing food and money.

I’ve had this Freezer for a couple of weeks ago to replace a little Chest Freezer. My wife was having a hard time getting items out of the chest freezer, this upright freezer makes it a whole lot easier for her to find what she is looking for. It took the freezer about 3 hours to reach 0 F after plugging it in. It seems to maintain the temperature from -1 F to 1 F, I haven’t seen any indication of any frost buildup. So far I’m very happy with this freezer, if something changes I’ll update this review. The only thing that would be nice is if there was a couple more shelves so you could organize the freezer better.

I wasn't sure I wanted an upright freezer - all my previous experience was with a chest freezer-but I'm delighted with it! So much easier to find stuff, and plenty of room to organize the food. Heartily recommend this freezer.
