Only had it a few weeks, but it works very well. Perfect size for a spare freezer in the garage. The door has a good seal and I love the small green light that is built into the front of the unit below the door that directs a small glow on the floor. Day or night, when I walk by it I can tell it's powered up.

Ice dispenser is very slow to dispense ice... aside from taking an unusually long time to actually start give up the ice... it takes took long to fill a cup

Bought this freezer brand new and had it delivered to my home in February. Not even 2 weeks after having it, the cooling unit fails and we lost everything in the freezer. I had a lot of meat and frozen food in there and it was a total loss of hundreds of dollars spent in food. I called Home Depot and they referred me to the manufacturer for warranty work. So far, two months into owning this product and 3 different technicians from 2 different companies have been out to my house and my freezer still does not work. The first technician came to look at it and said they were going to order parts then get back to us. Well they forgot about us and after calling them multiple times someone else came finally out. The second technician that came was not even certified to work on the new R600 refrigeration system that is in this model. That was cool. Today, another technician came out (certified R600 this time), looked at the unit, and said he needs to order about 5 parts to get the freezer working again. Oh, and he doesn't know when they will come in and the earliest that anyone could come back out to replace the bad parts is in two weeks. Super unimpressed with the way Frigidaire has handled warranty work and very disappointed in what seemed to be a quality product.

We bought our freezer just as the shelter-in-place was starting. It was great to be able to stock up on extra meat & veggies to eliminate multiple trips to the store. I love the upright because it is so easy to see & retrieve the items, rather than having to 'fall into' a chest freezer to find what you need. This freezer is worth every penny and the service at Airport Appliances was amazing!

I wanted a freezer for the 1/2 a cow I purchased from a vermont farmer a month ago. It appears well made and fits in my small kitchen nicely.
