The fridge we have just purchased is awesome, the smudge proof feature was a huge hit, but do not put any sort of magnet on it! If it slides the surface is scratched! A flat photo magnet of my child was slid up to the top of the fridge and left a huge scrape mark all the way up. I am not sure how to fix that, the fridge is only 4 mo the old.

Works well, is cubes are small. freezer drawer is a little small, but it's fine.

We continue to love the fridge. When you open the double French doors everything is easy to see and accessible. There is great lighting inside and the water/ice feature is a fantastic feature.

The appliance works well but I wrongly assumed I could turn off ice production for the oversized ice bin taking up room in the freezer while keeping ice production only for water dispenser - apparently not possible according to Frigidaire. Also there are discrepancies between the model itself and its manual (ex Power outage reset procedures, basic controls, probably other inconsistencies not yet found). I would recommend the product however, with warnings above AND recommend NOT to buy from Rona/Reno Depot due to complete lack of installation services or support and major delivery issues

After 9 months old our fridge started flashing H1 code. Technician came out and said he had to order 3 different parts and to unplug fridge and do not use it. Parts will take over 2 weeks to be delivered!!!! Now we are out of a fridge and calling Frigidaire gets you nowhere. Again….we are out of a kitchen fridge that was bought 9 months again. NEVER AGAIN will we buy Frigidaire products.

We bought this fridge for our kitchen in our new home, when the fridge was delivered our kitchen wasn't ready but that was ok as we could store it until then. Our fridge worked for 6 months until we realized the cupboards beside it on the ground were all water damaged as the fridge had been leaking every time it made ice!! (a slow leak). Service tech told us it was un-repairable as it was an in house leak. Now we have a fridge that we can't use the main functions on (ice maker and water dispenser) and water damaged cupboards in our new kitchen and no help from customer service! I will NEVER buy this brand again!
