I purchased a new Frigidaire Gallery French Door Counter Depth fridge along with matching stove, dishwasher and microwave for my new kitchen being installed and took delivery this past month prior to the kitchen being installed which was installed a week later and upon removing the protective wrap from all the appliances I noticed a 4" scratch on the fridge freezer drawer so I called Frigidaire and was told there is nothing they can do for me as it was more than 7 days since I took delivery. The delivery guys could clearly see my kitchen was not even installed yet and never bothered to tell me I should be removing the protective wrap and inspecting the appliances even though they were not ready to be installed so I would have a least known there is a time period to inspect the appliances. The home is vacant at the moment while renovations are being completed and the home is more than two hours away so I had planned on removing all the protective wrap when the kitchen was to be installed a week later which is what transpired and when the 4" scratch was noticed. To date I have purchased 10 Gallery line smudge proof appliances 3 fridges, 3 stoves, 3 dishwashers and a built in microwave in the last 10 years so I was really hoping Frigidaire would look after me and offer to replace the freezer drawer for being such a loyal dedicated Frigidaire customer in the past.

I bought this a month ago and do far it’s been great. I love the features in the drawers. They really do keep vegetables and fruit fresh for a long time!

We bought this fridge about a month ago and have been pleased with the amount of space in the fruit and veggie drawers as well as the side compartments. The water and ice making features are also great - we now have ice available anytime we want it. The stainless steel also doesn't smudge easily, which we like. For a counter-depth fridge, it provides a lot of storage and fits perfectly in our house.

We bought this almost a month ago and enjoying the space and layout compared to our old one. The vegetables are staying fresher longer and everything is laid out that things don't go missing or forgotten like they use to.

Great fridge with lots of storage space. Icemaker works like a charm. We had a Sumsung fridge before and had nothing but trouble. The cold drink timer is a nice feature. Only issue is the noise of the cabinet fan…can be annoying….starts and stops several times a day.

We are very pleased with our Gallery fridge. We have a small area and the 22.6 cu ft. counter depth fits perfect in our kitchen. It is very spacious inside and the ice maker is a great feature.
