4 Happy with this fridge

Lots of room in the fridge. Had a poor experience with my previous Frigidaire fridge and was hesitant to purchase another one. Have been pleasantly surprised by the improvements made in the overall quality.

4 Good fridge

Nice ice box, water dispenser dispenses smoothly compared to the previous models. Price is quite a bit steep, but you get what you pay for. Hopefully this one lasts longer than 4 years compared to our previous Fridgidaire.

3 Fridge didn’t woek

Our fridge was delivered and upon plugging in the door alarm would not shut off. We called the retailer and they came to assess. They checked the connections and realized the interior lights also didn’t turn on. Then an error code showed up on the door that Google determined to be “a very bad error code.” The fridge was taken away and a new one ordered but we just received it two weeks later. The interior space is amazing and this one appears to work but the initial experience on such an expensive appliance lowers the overall rating.

4 Works the way we'd hoped

So far it's worked the way we had hoped. The one thing I don't like is the touch pad on the inside of the left door. I have a habit of opening the door with the handle, then using the door itself to stop it in place. I sometimes will accidentally change the settings by doing that

3 a little early for a review since we’ve only had the fridge two weeks.

Bought this fridge two weeks ago when our last Frigidaire left us stuck after just two years and waiting for a repair person for almost a month to come and fix it. We’ve noticed that there are a couple of sounds that it’s making already so when the repair person comes to fix our two year-old fridge we’re gonna have this one looked at as well. I’m still undecided as to whether I’m happy with Frigidaire or not it’s a lot of money to spend to have an Appliance fail after only two years jury is still out

4 Good but not great so far

A bit early to review a fridge after only a month. It’s a good fridge, quieter than the GE Cafe we had before it. The features are OK certainly not great. Pretty basic setup but I guess simple hopefully doesn’t break. One thing is annoying the ice bucket in the freezer that does not have a sensor whether the freezer is open when dumping the ice out. What are the odds of you opening the freezer door and having the fridge dump the ice while the tray is not underneath? Well it happened twice in a month. Considering how smart fridges are nowadays someone should have included a door sensor for the ice maker so it doesn’t dump ice while you are getting it. Another not so perfect arrangement is getting water after ice. When you open and close the freezer door getting ice a vacuum is created and you have to wait 10-15 seconds before opening fridge door for water or have to yard on the door pretty hard. Also the fridge temp got accidentally adjusted by kids just going in and out of the fridge. Not sure how but happened.
