We had this fridge delivered a couple weeks ago and I am very satisfied with it. So much space, I was worried we were downsizing from a standard depth to counter depth and this new fridge easily fits everything we had with room for more! Water dispenser is conveniently placed and works well. The fridge drawer has an individual temp control which I love because we often rotate what is stored there. Overall, we are extremely pleased with this appliance

Just had our new fridge delivered three days ago and it’s still only making a minimal amount of ice. Not happy that we have to make a service call already.

Had a previous version of this unit and was very happy to get another one. New one is awesome, and so quiet! The exterior is easy to clean, shelves are easily adjustable and it is just an excellent unit.

We really like this fridge with the exception of the rippling in the stainless steel from the factory and the water dispenser making a horrible noise once a day, despite NOT being hooked up to water.

Was shipped with faulty door sensor. The fridge beeps every 10 seconds thinking the door is opened.

Just hooked it up this past week. Have been quite surprised at how quiet it is and it’s making ice like crazy. Make sure you use a braided water line to the fridge. Water pressure is also great if you have the water feature.

I like this fridge but due to issues with my range, which was under warranty when I put in a service request, and the customer service I am receiving I will never buy another Frigidaire. Wish I had waited to purchase the refrigerator until my stove was repaired.

Only 2 weeks old so time will tell but so far it is running g great. Layout is good inside although having counter depth really makes the freezer small. However the height adjustment to level the fridge was jammed up upon receipt. Frigidaire initially denied warranty making up all sorts of reasons that were NOT in the warranty....only applies to refrigeration, needs to have a professional install, Is a handle/knob, needed to be notified within 6 months. They have since covered it but it just didn't start off well. And lastly, the stainless doors are wavy. Our last Gallery refrigerator was beautiful and the implication of the Gallery series is that you are buying a higher end appliance. But the contour of these doors is anything but smooth. Our appliance repair guy says he has replaced many doors of this same fridge in a condo project for the same reason and the replacements were sometimes worse than the originals. The store display fridge looks fine.

Only had 1 month. Everything works great. Lots of room. Loving it. Easy to wipe and keep clean.
