I bought a brand new over the range microwave last January. When it arrived the turntable wasn't turning. I called up Frigidaire and they sent a repairman to look at the unit and said he had to order a part. 2 weeks has passed and I still haven't received any updates on the repair. Quite frankly, I'm annoyed that Frigidaire just won't send a new microwave because it wasn't working when i bought it brand new. So really quality wise and even customer service wise - Frigidaire dropped the ball on this one.

We are very pleased with our new over the range microwave. It works very well and I love some of the new features. The over the range fan is a little noisier than I would like but it seems to do a good job. Overall very happy with it.

Je l'ai acheté car j'aime le look et le seul encastré avec les armoires._x000D_ Il fonctionne très bien, menu simple et efficace. Lumière Led efficace._x000D_ _x000D_ Cependant, manuel d'installation parfois erroné, et les programmes on tendance à trop chauffé, les aliments sont trop chauds

The design is attractive, and it functions well. The ventilation isn’t as strong as described, but it’s sufficient. We've only had it for a few weeks, and so far, I would recommend it. However, I’m cautious about long-term durability—only time will tell if it lasts 10+ years.
