Unfortunately I already need to contact for a repair man to fix. the fans vibrate so loud can’t use. Installed in June but have had no time because of big kitchen Reno to call for someone to come out.

Purchased one of these units ~3 months ago. While it was working, we were happy with the unit. Design is nice, and functions well, however it is currently non functional and awaiting parts for servicing. Disapointing turn of events as our previous microwave worked for ~15+ years no issues.

It’s been a month and we have used it often to reheat beverages and warm up soup, stews, and dinner plates of leftovers. It has many quick select options and the fan and lights work really well. Highly recommended!

All well but it’s a real shame that they didn’t put touch sensitive buttons on the front panel, so that when you touched them, they would light up so you could more easily see them. No lights at all on the control panel, other than the lit clock.

I bought this to replace my Frigidaire Professional one with the handle. Unfortunately they no longer offer that one so I went with this one and it still looks great over my range. It works well and actually seems better than my previous one.

Much better than my previous microwave in general. Easy to set up and operate. Easy to do things like change to/from metric, change the time etc. _x000D_ Niggles: _x000D_ -The time can be set using the numbers on the display, but the temperature still has to be adjusted by repeatedly touch the button. Better if it was like the time._x000D_ -An option to turn the fan off after so minutes would be really useful, I didn't realise this model did not do that until after it was installed._x000D_ - The glass door is not as easy to keep smudge and smear proof as it says.
