I have only had this unit for two weeks. Seems to be working okay. Had the previous model of this unit and it never worked properly from the start. So hopefully this one lasts. Had tons of problems getting the previous unit replaced even though I had an extended warranty. I had to pay extra to replace the unit. Beware of Electrolux problems.

I replaced my 10 year old Frigidaire Gallery over range Microwave with the new model. Size was the same so made installation easier. I like the fact it is quieter ,the exhaust fan is better and the light brighter then the old model. The door handle is a better design. Happy with this product.

We recently had our OTR microwave unexpectedly cack out ( GE Profile)._x000D_ Due to the kitchen cabinets that we have and the fact that OTR microwave sizes are all over the place these days we had limited options for the replacement. We decided to go with this one. Overall it is a decent unit so far. Has a couple of features that are better than our old one. Here’s a few things that we don’t care for._x000D_ Turning the turntable off is quite a clunky process. Used to hitting one button vs. This one is 2 hits on the menu button, followed by Start then time (eg) 2 mins then start again._x000D_ Also don’t like that if using the timer you can’t initiate cooking, so just cancel timer then set cooking in motion then will allow you to set a timer. The defrost cycles don’t make sense. You have to select e.g. poultry, then the weight, _x000D_ Just not very user-friendly. Lastly the door while much lighter than our old one, has a slip in grip instead of a handle. That combined with the controls in the outer bottom area of the door has us hitting controls and options accidentally when opening the door. The door also has a sharp ish bottom right corner so a shorter person could hit their head with it._x000D_ Fan works well, like the LED lighting._x000D_ Overall satisfied just a few pet peeves that take getting used to.

this unit replaces a panasonic one the was 18 years old. this new one was easy to install and works well. very quiet too

I bought this a month ago and I love it . Especially the feature that I can use the timer and cook something in the microwave without ruining the timers time.

So far I love it, heats up food quickly, only suggestion would be to have an option to light up the control panel at night, make it easier to see.

Purchased about a month ago, and so far, so good. I like the all black clean look on the front door. Noticed a huge difference in strength from my last microwave i.e. softens/melts, defrosts much quicker. Above all, I love how quiet it runs. You couldn't hear our t.v. when my last microwave was on. This one, I often check to make sure it's running, it's so quiet! All in all, very happy with my purchase.
